Traditional Medicinals Organic Triple Mint tea is very pleasant tasting, not at all like toothpaste, as the words "triple mint" might suggest. It takes 10 minutes covered, to steep and drinking it is a delightful break in the day. I add raw honey to mine. Being a medicinal, there are cautions written on the back of each tea packet. This one mentions consulting with a health care practitioner prior to use for pregnancy, immune compromise, etc. It also mentions drowsiness as a possible side effect. It is calming. Anyone who loves mint teas, peppermint, spearmint, etc. will love this. They smell amazing. They taste amazing and it’s great to have a tea company, that not only makes great tasting teas, but with added health benefits. Traditional medicinal teas have been a family favorite for decades.
