Traditional Medicinals Organic Triple Mint tea is very pleasant tasting, not at all like toothpaste, as the words "triple mint" might suggest. It takes 10 minutes covered, to steep and drinking it is a delightful break in the day. I add raw honey to mine. Being a medicinal, there are cautions written on the back of each tea packet. This one mentions consulting with a health care practitioner prior to use for pregnancy, immune compromise, etc. It also mentions drowsiness as a possible side effect. It is calming.
