This is a perfect travel curling iron. It is that time of year that I do some holiday traveling, so it is exactly what I need. It is a 1 inch, but since it is a small size length wise, doing smaller hair sections is best. It clamps tight enough without any pulling. It has a temp control and is easy to read. It heats quickly and maintains the temp. It comes with additional plug types, clips, and a heat mat/bag. I really love the mat. I use it with my other hair tools when home and keep the curling iron stored in it when traveling. It is so nice to have when staying at a hotel. I can sit my iron on it and feel less worried for the counter top. The curling iron does get hot on the handle and clamp, especially with longer use. At first it had a little plastic smell, but not as much now. I'm overall happy with it and feel it works well. It is a good value and something I'll use often. Read more

This is a travel sized curling iron that is designed for portability and perfect for travel. The barrel part is 5", and I do find that my long hair runs out of space on this unless I grab a very small amount of hair. Grabbing a normal amount of hair that I would with a full size iron just causes the hair to wind over itself in areas. I think this is best for shorter to mid length hair. The barrel is 1", and the clamp runs the full length of the barrel. The cord is also 360 degrees and turns, which is great so the cord doesn't get tangled and twisted. There is a nice heating range with this iron spanning 250-410 degrees F. This does have auto shutoff after an hour, which is a feature I love. Who hasn't accidentally left the iron on? This comes with some extras including a silicone pad, scrunchie, 2 clips, and 2 plug adapters. The iron, its features, and the included extras are all true to the listing details. This is a great little travel sized iron that is perfect for taking on the go when space is a consideration. I have photographed it next to my iPhone 17 Pro Max for sizing. The box I received appears to be a return with sticky residue all over the box. Read more

My main complaint about this unit is just because I have long thick hair - by the nature of its travel purpose and small size, the barrel runs out of space for me. It does exactly what it claims to do and works great as a compact curling iron. The dual voltage means you don't have to worry about shorting any circuits or not working in outlets across the world. The cord is pretty bulky, but it rotates to ensure no frustration dealing with the cord. The handle does get a bit warm after 10+ minutes of use, but nothing dangerous at all. The included extras are nice to have, but especially the silicon heat mat! That can be used for any heat styling tool and is great to have in general - you cna wrap it up inside it for travel while it's still hot, and lay it down on whatever surface you're using the iron to save worry from burning anything. Overall, this a great buy if you need a small curler! Read more

This curling iron is perfect for quick fixes or while traveling. The heating cylinder is about 5 inches in length so it's best for short to medium length hair. The iron heats up to temperature quickly and has different set temperatures. There is a lit up number display to indicate the temperature which makes it very clear how hot the iron is. It took less than a minute to get to the 250F setting and a little bit over a minute to get to 385F. You can set it at 250F, 284F, 320F, 385F and 410F depending on what your hair needs. Also in the box are a couple of long clips and a scrunchy to help hold hair in place while you work. It also comes with an adapter for UK style 3 prong plugs. I didn't see one for Euro style plugs though. Speaking of plugs the cord can spin freely from the iron which makes curling easier without getting tangled up in the cord. The set also comes with a silicone resting pad to keep the hot iron from burning surfaces. You can also hang the silicone pad and it opens like a bag and you can stick the iron inside. Read more

Iron rests on the heat pad when my wife lifts it and closes the clamp once to check the grip. Barrel meets a small section of hair and rolls forward as her hand turns the handle, heat transferring evenly without a pause. I watch the cord swivel as she adjusts position near the mirror, then sets the temperature with a button press that takes a second push to register. Clamp holds firm while she releases and resets, and the curl drops clean instead of sticking. Body warms along the upper shell, noticeable when I move it back onto the mat between sections. Plug adapter stays tight in the outlet during use, no wiggle when the cord shifts. Later, she switches sides and I notice a slight stiffness in the clamp hinge that eases after a few cycles. Iron shuts itself off when left alone, and the barrel cools enough to slide back into the pouch once styling is done. Read more

great travel iron with small size. useful for packing into the overnight bag or suitcase with room is limited. Heats up quickly and works well for it's size. Not as functional as a larger one, but when you are in a pinch it does the job. Comes with iron, instructions, heat pad (to put down and not burn the surface, connections for American and EU outlets, hair clips and scrunchies. All the items needed to get your DO done. I think is worth it for the price and will last a while with occasional use while on vacation or quick trips. Read more
