Great value and works crazy great!

Dog LoverJanuary 21, 2026✓ Verified purchase

Not only was this flossing unit a terrific value but, it exceeded all my expectations. It was super easy to put together, quiet and very easy to use. I was blown away at the job that it did. My Dentist recommended I purchase one for a bridge he installed and nothing cleaned my teeth better than this unit! It comes with so many different attachments. It also came with two matching attachments that my husband can use one and I can use one. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend. Read more

Very good product

Deanie HollomanJanuary 31, 2026✓ Verified purchase

My old Water Pik had broken. I bought this brand instead of a regular Water Pik as a replacement. I was not so sure if it would work as well. It does a great job. I have had it for a few months and like it very much. I use it every night. And love the feeling of how clean my teeth feel after using it. Read more

Be patient

I got this as a starter flosser at a good price. It's a little difficult to get used to because it leaks a bit where the tool fits into the handle. It is light weight and seems to be durable. I think it does a good job. It's not that noisy, which is good. When I get used to it, I think it will be a lot easier. Read more

Definitely worth the money

Second one I have bought. I love mine so I bought my wife one. These work extremely well, have attachments for pretty much everything,, are easy to clean and keep clean. The motor is pretty loud but I am not taking a star away for that, not like I am using it 8 hours a day. Read more

You get more tips plus..

Estee11October 18, 2025✓ Verified purchase

You get more tips with this one plus improvements. I had the previous model, the Habor, and got 6 years out of it with using it daily and sometimes twice a day. When it started to squeal, that was the end. I researched the company and found they still made them but gave them a new name and design and called it Turewell. My old Habor was black. What I don't like about this new one is that if I leave it plugged in, I cannot hang it safely upside down on the towel rack over the sink like my Habor to drain. I will either have to unplug it each time after use that they recommend or put it somewhere nearby so it can't fall into the sink. Also with the new one, it will shut off after 3 minutes but I use a pretty good stream so the unit is empty before the three minutes are up. If that happens while underway, just turn the knob off as they say in the booklet and then back on again. With my old one it was directed to leave upside down to drain but with this one there is nothing said about this at all. I will just leave it upside down on a dry wash cloth away from the sink but it may not matter. No problem with pressure but always when starting out, press gently on the reservoir so it can prime properly. I also noticed with both units, it helps to move the hose around up and down to get it going to that good stream as it may or may not help it prime. Also I once tossed a perfectly good Water Pic because I did not press down on the reservoir. I think all flossers are like this. They do mention it in the manual for the Turewell. It does make a difference to change to a new tip once in a while that I never did in 6 years. I think the calcium in the water here makes the stream more restricted. They give you three tips of the standard one that most people use and one of each of the specialty ones. Please read all the reviews for good tips plus the person who writes in their review why the unit is less money than Water Pic. I just did not want to spend the money and I did get 6 years out of the old version. Read more

Handle switch has issues

RB68December 28, 2025✓ Verified purchase

My son has been using this for a few months now since he got his braces. Although it works well at cleaning out food particles, the handle needs improvement. The handle switch to turn on/off the water flow has become very difficult to switch. I’m always having to help him switch it on before turning the pressure dial on. If they can fix this, I’d give it five stars. Read more

Deep clean, fresh smile—powerful flossing made easy!

jwOctober 17, 2025✓ Verified purchase

This TUREWELL water flosser is an absolute game changer for oral hygiene! The 600ML tank holds plenty of water for a full clean without refilling, and the 10 adjustable pressure levels make it easy to find the perfect setting for comfort and effectiveness. It removes food particles and plaque that regular brushing misses, leaving my mouth feeling super clean. I also love that it comes with 8 jet tips, so the whole family can use it. The design is sturdy, quiet, and easy to use. For the price, it’s a fantastic value and performs just as well as more expensive models. LARGE 600ML TANK: Holds enough water for full flossing sessions. 10 PRESSURE SETTINGS: Customize intensity for sensitive teeth or deep cleaning. FAMILY-FRIENDLY: Includes 8 interchangeable jet tips for multiple users. EFFECTIVE CLEANING: Reaches between teeth and around braces with ease. STURDY DESIGN: Stable base, easy to refill, and built to last. GREAT VALUE: Professional-level oral care at an affordable price. This water flosser makes dental care simple, powerful, and refreshing—I’ll never go back to traditional flossing! Read more

OK but with caveats

Michael j. GrayOctober 18, 2025✓ Verified purchase

OK But.... this water flosser id OK for the price - but make no mistake, the water pik is a better machine - why? the waterpik has an on/off button - you don't need to reset the water pressure each time you start the machine (the truewell's on and off is part of the water pressure mechanism - meaning you have to find your sweet spot each time you use the machine). The waterpik has way better pressure- - i have to turn the truwell almost all the way to max to achieve the same pressure my water pic had at about 1/2 on the dial. Also the water pic feel like a more quality item - better fit and finish - for longevity i can't say - my last water pik lasted about 3-4 years with 2x a day use- finally gave up the ghost as of course these things are constantly getting bathed in water -again for less than 1/2 the price the turewell seems fine - but if i had to purchase again i'd proably just but the more expensive waterpik Read more
