Great headset the sound and quality are awesome. A cool feature is the quick switch function from the wireless connection to your console to the bluetooth function for your phone. The feel great fairly light and are comfortable. It will also switch to bluetooth if your phone rings and then back to wireless to continue hearing the game audio. Great wireless headset from Turtle Beach! I previously had the PS Elite wireless headset and it worked/sounded great, but broke after about a month in due to its design (floating) headband. I do NOT recommend the PS Elite headset, and will not buy again due to poor durability Sound/Quality: 4/5 Clear sound! Even after making adjustments via Swarm App, I just wish the headset was louder. Not too bassy. Mic sounds great, no echo and my online peers hear me fine. However the mic does not have any sort of noise cancellation so it will pick up other sounds easily EDIT: I uploaded screenshot of my personal settings on the Swarm II app, and sounds decent to me Connectivity: 4/5 Connection to PS5 is always solid and automatic Mic: Flip to Mute feature issue The only issue, I've ran into, is that sometimes with the mic will stay muted even if I flip out the mic (this would unmute the mic). The only way I was able to resolve this, was by connecting to the Swarm app, and unmuting from the app and I was good to go Build Quality: 4/5 Seems solid so far. Im not a fan of the "floating" band design. Because the outer plastic band has higher chance to break, since its one solid piece. In addition, the clamping force is not as strong to create a tight seal around your ears. They are comfortable, but I do prefer the standard headset adjustment style opposed to the "floating" headband Overall 4/5 For the price point of $80, its a solid headset and I would recommend this over the Sony Pulse Elite headset. The Pulse Elite did have better sound quality and mic noise reduction, however the build design/durability is flawed and not worth the price. **Update the firmware first** Before thinking it doesn’t work! I thought at first it wasn’t working however after reading the quick guide it says to make sure firmware is updated. Once I did that they work great. Read several reviews of people having issues with their Xbox. No doubt they would if they get the one that isn’t comptable with the Xbox. Make sure you’re buying the right one for your console. This one is for PS5 which is what I use it for. I like the synthetic leather better. Tried cloth/athletic mesh ones from turtle beach that claimed to be better with glasses which were very uncomfortable. Didn’t help with glasses. The cloth seemed kind of rough and irritating to the ear area. These feel soft without much clamping force. Few great with glasses on after hours of playing. I was kind of leery of the headband but it actually is more comfortable than having the plastic sit on your head with other models. Read more
