The Victrix Pro BFG Reloaded is easily one of the most impressive controllers Iβve used with my PS5 and PC. The craftsmanship feels premium, and the ability to hot-swap modules keeps the setup flexible for any game. The Hall-effect joysticks are highly responsive, making even minor aim adjustments smooth and accurate. Many titles needed slight sensitivity tweaks because of how precise the sticks are. Switching between layouts is simple, thanks to the included tools and clear design. The package also comes with a durable travel case that feels protective and well thought out. Personally, I swapped the left stick module to mimic the Xbox controller (Yes, this is possible and it works)! The only drawback was applying the firmware update. Unlike the Xbox version, this one was more stubborn. Steam didnβt immediately recognize the controller, and the Windows application failed to detect it at first. After a few restarts, the update finally went through, and everything worked flawlessly afterward. Despite the rough patch during setup, the Victrix Pro BFG Reloaded stands out for its comfort, flexibility, and solid build. Though I rate both versions 5 stars, I would have to say that the Xbox controller is much easier to use since it pairs easier with Windows. Read more

I've been using this controller for about a week and a half, and while it's a fantastic controller, it has several annoying quirks when trying to use it with the PS5; -If you have USB port expansion hubs plugged into your PS5, use only the ones on the front, as the dongle will light up, but the controller won't pair with other ports. -You cannot turn the PS5 on with the PlayStation button on the controller. So, you either have to use another controller, turn it on manually, or get the PlayStation 5 Remote. Regardless of your choice, you can use the controller AFTER you long in with one of the three methods. -The controller shuts down constantly even if the battery is fine. Hold the PlayStation button for 5 seconds to turn it back on -The battery life of the controller is bad compared to the standard PS5 controller -Sometimes, the signal of the controller decides it doesn't want to respond even though I'm 5ft away from the PS5, and it drifts unless I turn the controller off and back on -The controller will turn off, but appear to be on often. Power it on and off.. I bought this controller for my disability, and it's by far the worst PlayStation controller I've ever used. 1 Star - Turtle Beach Victrix Pro BFG Reloaded (PS5) Read more

I purchased this controller for my PS5 as an upgrade for the standard issue. However I was unable to actually pair it with my gaming system because it requires an android device to access and adjust the settings (I missed the small print info while ordering). I have Apple devices only. I ordered a PlayStation edge controller instead. I can say that the Vectrix Pro felt very comfortable in my hand with a weighty feel and well placed buttons. It has very good reviews in the press and I would expect that it would serve you well if you have the correct service to run the support app. Read more

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT BUY THIS , if I could give it a zero I would . I came into this transaction open minded and negated all the comments because it was 50 50 . I've owned many paddle controllers from Xbox elite series controllers scuf and nacon rev 5 . First initial feel was underwhelming made of cheap plastics and undersized for what I'm used to in a third party controller at this price point. Hall effect sticks are just okay if we are comparing to nacon rev 5 which also is 250hz polling rate while this thing is 125hz so be prepared for slower input times 8ms. Now I couldn't even get this thing to be recognized by its own software which is absolutely a first on a premium roller . Now at this point I'm over the controller , if you cannot adjust deadzones in its sticks or assign buttons to paddles its a paper weight . Now to all the sweats thinking this is the edge you need or you are an Xbox player on a ps5 get anything else please don't do what I did and save yourself gas on a return trip Read more

Avoid this product at all costs. Software does not work. Won't connect to the controller and links to support pages that don't exist. Also incredibly uncomfortable to hold. The paddle buttons are located in a convenient position for a child or maybe individuals who may have lost their fingers in an unfortunate fight with a band saw. Read more
