I used Twilight Teeth a couple years ago when I worked at a tanning salon but back then it used to only have the mouth piece (no home light) & was exclusively for tanning bed use. I ordered this one recently when I started tanning again & I LOVE IT!!! After my first use (in tanning bed) my teeth were at least 2 shades whiter! Make sure when putting the mouth piece in that your lips are on the outside with front teeth exposed. When applying to teeth make sure to brush on all teeth exposed then use the brush down the sides of teeth (like in between your 2 front teeth) you only need to apply a thin layer otherwise you will just be wasting it. Considering this product was originally made only for use in a tanning bed, you will have better results in the bed. I have only used the home light a few times because lately I've been tanning at least everyother day. This product is AMAZING everyone has noticed how whiter my smile is since I starting using again! I smoke & drink a lot of coffee so my teeth were looking pretty yellow before, I also have sensitive teeth I can't use crest strips bc it feels like they've striped my teeth after use, seriously my teeth would kill for days after. But this does not hurt my teeth one bit! I've seen a lot of people review that there light didn't work & if you read the side of the box it says to remove batteries & REMOVE BATTERY SAVER!! Then put batteries back in & it will work. It sucks that so many people can't read the directions & are leaving low reviews saying the light didn't work! I just want to say... Wow! I almost did not purchase this product because of the few "bad" reviews. And let me say that I am so glad I didnt listen, What were they talking about?! This product really WORKS. My teeth are pretty white already and just after one time using this it IN the tanning bed I definatly noticed a difference. You have to apply on a somewhat dry tooth and apply very carefully cause if you miss a spot you will see it. Put your mouth guard on and tan for a minimum of 10min. ( I tanned for 20 min my first time) Ive used crest whitening strips and after using the whole box And spending $40 I got better results from this product after just one use. Plus, I have not had any discomfort that I did get from the crest strips. When you go to the dentist to have your teeth whitened you spend $400+ and they use a UV light,this whitening system is genius! This product is not expensive and if you use it correctly you will see results.Plus save your mouth guard and buy an $8 refill. The people that made bad reviews probably didn't tan very long, apply correctly or wear the mouth guard. I'm not really sure how everyone wouldn't get the same results I did, Teeth are teeth. I saw this product at the tanning salon I frequent for $36! I was pleasantly surprised to find it so much cheaper here. I followed the directions carefully (as another reviewer mentioned, the mouthpiece can be a bit tricky the first time, so use a mirror) and have seen great results. I have used the product about 5-6 times at this point, and I've seen far better results than I ever did from the expensive whitening strips I've bought at the pharmacy. My teeth were not terribly yellow to begin with, but they were a bit dingy and this has brightened them up! I give the product 4 stars (not 5) because, as another reviewer mentioned, the photo is misleading. I did not know what to expect in the order because there is no picture showing you the mouthpiece or tube of whitener. I expected several boxes, simply because that is what the photo displays. Sellers should change the photos and give more detail as to what, exactly, is included with your order. Read more
