Parks N' Tech—November 25, 2025
I’ll be honest, when I first held this little gray sphere in the palm of my hand, I wasn’t expecting much more than a slightly louder version of my phone speaker. It is incredibly small—small enough to toss into a pocket or clip onto a bag without a second thought. However, the moment I powered it on and synced it up, my skepticism completely vanished. The audio quality is shockingly crisp and loud for a device that looks more like a high-tech ornament than a piece of audio equipment. The gray metallic finish gives it a premium, understated look that sits nicely on my desk without screaming "tech gadget," blending in perfectly with a modern setup. The real magic happened when I tested the "True Wireless Stereo" (TWS) feature. I grabbed a second one to see if the pairing claim held water, and it absolutely does. connecting them was seamless; they found each other instantly and created a genuine left-right stereo channel separation that filled the room. It’s not going to rattle your windows with bass—physics is still physics, after all—but the depth and clarity you get from spacing two of these little guys out is genuinely impressive. It creates an immersive sound bubble that is perfect for a hotel room, a picnic blanket, or just background ambience while working. Functionality-wise, it hits all the right notes for a portable companion. The Bluetooth connection is rock-solid; I’ve walked into the next room without the audio stuttering or dropping out. I was also pleasantly surprised by the built-in microphone. I took a few calls on it while cooking, and the folks on the other end heard me clearly without that tinny, distant "speakerphone" echo that usually plagues devices this size. It’s a small feature, but having a reliable hands-free option adds a lot of utility to something I originally bought just for music. Battery life has been another win. I’ve been getting a solid afternoon of playback on a single charge, which is more than enough for my needs. It recharges quickly, so I’m never out of commission for long. If you are looking for a massive party speaker, this isn't it, but if you want something ultra-portable that punches way above its weight class and looks sleek doing it, this little gray powerhouse is an absolute steal. It has quickly become my go-to travel essential. Read more

I have to admit when I opened the package, I was like this tiny little speaker can't be that good. I plugged it in to charge for a while and then had to play around with it to get it to showup on my bluetooth on my iphone. It works great, I was very surprised. It's as loud as my Bose $400 bluetooth speaker. I brought my phone in another room and it worked until I was two rooms away. I'm impressed with it and love that it is small enough to carry in your pocket and it has a wrist band too. Read more

I really liked this speaker. It's very cute & worked a treat to pair up to phone or my computer through Bluetooth. Good battery life. The small instructions were clear but really not needed much. Just a series of button pushes to turn on & pair with your device & you can get two of these & pair them together AND to your devices for stereo. Everything worked perfectly & was just very easy. The carry case is cute & the speaker is almost exactly the size of a small scented candle. So it's very small. The sound was surprisingly good. Not like a real big home stereo speaker set mind you, but not tinny or bad sounding in the least! These just plain work & are the ultimate in portability. Cute carry straps on the well made carry cases. Includes the USB-A to USB-C charging cable, which is a little on the short side imho, but that's the ONLY complaint I have with these. Not a big deal Read more

The sound quality is below average; there's almost no bass and they have that slightly muffled sound that inexpensive speakers tend to have. That said, however, my husband is a musician and is very particular about sound quality, which has rubbed off on me over the years as I've been trained to tell the difference. If you are not part of this particular brand of snobbery, these speakers are absolutely fine. They produce a high volume, so you can crank 'em up nice and loud. I love the idea of placing them on separate sides of the room to keep the music spread out. They're so very small! Even smaller than I anticipated, which isn't a bad thing. They'll be very esthetically unobtrusive. I love that they come with a tiny little zippered carrying case, which has a pocket inside to store the charging cable. But don't be fooled by the description pictures; these are not going in the front pocket of your jeans. Cargo pockets, for sure, but they're certainly not itty bitty enough for your jeans pocket. They were relatively easy to pair and come with clear instructions on how to do so. When performing the first step of pairing them together, be patient, as it took mine longer than what I consider to be a normal amount of time. When you've done it successfully, the first indication is that the blue light on the bottom of one of the speakers will stop blinking, and the next telltale is that only one "Elf" speaker will show up on your device's Bluetooth list; if you're still seeing two speakers, you have not been successful. I started to get irritated with it after several minutes, so I walked away and my husband waved his annoying magic wand and voila! He got it to work in under a minute. Of course. Read more
