After years of wearing Speedo, I got mad when my cap ripped after a few months. Tried several other brands. This is as heavy as the Speedo and slightly smaller. For my female head with short hair, that is good! It still slides up and has to be adjusted every so often, but I am hoping it lasts. Read more

The best way to put silicone swim caps on is to half fill the cap with water and then put over the back of the crown of the head and pull into place. Do this sitting on the edge of the pool. Most caps will not keep hair dry, but if this is the goal, try another method. Once in place, this cap does not slip and keeps you more aquadynamic than hair dragging as you swim. If you have a lot of hair, this may be too small. On land it feels tight. When swimming feels fine. My head is a little smaller than average. Read more

This swim cap is thick enough so it doesn't rip yet it stretches easily to fit on your head without yanking your hair out. Love it!!!! Read more
