I bought this USB-C hub to connect my M4 iPad Pro to a USB/midi keyboard, and a mixing board, in the hopes of controlling iOS synthesizers and other music applications via midi. I needed sound out through the monitors. Good news, it worked perfectly on the first attempt! Plenty of ports, more than I’m currently using, and accepts external power supply, which is adequate to power the iPad alone. I used individual power supplies for the keyboard and interface/ mixer. I got this to use with my iPad Pro. When traveling, I like to back up photos from my camera's SD cards to an SSD drive. With this USB hub, I can connect a Samsung SSD and my SD card using the built-in reader. Transfer of files between the SD card and SSD seems fast compared to other hubs I've tried. The hub is small so it fits easily in my camera bag/backpack. The build quality seems good and it should last for a long time even getting banged around a bit in my backpack. Overall a good value! Works with my laptop, phone, and Nintendo Switch (I don't own a Switch 2, and won't unless they make serious changes to their hardware and ecosystem). The PD port helps retains the charge on my devices while utilizing the HDMI port. It basically turns my phone into a PC style android device, and also functions as a Switch dock as well. That's right, don't buy another dock from Nintendo for like $80 or more... Get one of these instead! I'm mostly happy, because it's fully compatible with all of my devices. These hubs occasionally have a mind of their own, so while they generally work with my computer, they tend to be more picky about other things like phones and even my Nintendo Switch. Read more

Perfect for my needs. I use this as my laptop docking hub. I have an external HDMI monitor, wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, and USB-C laptop charger connected to it. Before I got this Hub, I had to connect all my devices individually to my laptop. Now, I just have to connect this one USB-C cable to my laptop and all my devices are available right away. I feel bad giving this product a poor review. It worked fine for two months, and in fact, depending on how I'm using it, it still works fine. Somewhere around October this stopped functioning in Windows 11. I'm guessing that it's due to a Windows update because it simultaneously stopped on two different laptops. However, if I use Linux on the same laptop it works. If I use an unpatched version of Windows 11, it works. Is it the fault of the device or Microsoft? I don't know, but I wish that there were a firmware update I can apply that would resolve it. Read more
