This is the one phon to own, as it will hold just about any size phone, including foldables, in either portrait or landscape modes. Grip of the phone is both solid and nicely padded. The total size is adjustable by two buttons that slide the grips apart if needed. Has a cold shoe for a mic or light, and a handy cutout to run a cord to your phone's usb port. I can finally use my zfold6! Fits snug and won't fall out. The adjustable size is really nice too to adapt to smaller devices. My only complaint is the mount adapter it comes with for the tripod, pops out easily on the same brand tripod. I don't wanna return it because I like the clip. The tripod mount I will get somewhere else that will fit tighter. The other mount I have for it fits fine. Other than that, it's solid. Read more
I finally had the chance to use this in the field. It held my monitor very well. Not fear of it slipping out and falling. Very good grip strength. Very simple design, its not difficult to set up and use at all. If you use a mobile phone as a camera monitor, this is a must have. Read more

This is version 3 of the AKdrones Flight Control System. 10 months ago I created the first AKdrones Flight Control System. This is version 3, the AKdrones Immersive Flight Control System. A sunblock tunnel canopy for an iPad and a Moose hat are all I need to create an immersive FPV flight experience without the need for FPV Goggles. Last summer while flying my drone at Ship Creek I missed recording a pod of Beluga Whales. Because the sun glare was washing out the entire iPad display. I didn't notice the pod of Beluga Whales swimming in Ship Creek until after I returned home and reviewed the video. I decided to devise a solution. Hence, the AKdrones Immersive Flight Control System was conceived and created (AKdrones iFCS) The AKdrones iFCS will accommodate small, medium, and large format remote controllers and has an interchangeable display adapter to hold an iPhone, iPad Mini, or iPad 10.2. The AKdrones iFCS is a 3-point flight control harness with (2) Eye Bolts fitted to the system board that connects to a vest harness. The third point is the neck strap. Standing or walking, the AKdrones iFCS upgrades to a 5-point harness flight control system with a bungee cord wrapped around the pilot's back and attached to each end of the AKdrones iFCS hand-rest. The AKdrones iFCS includes a system board, an iPad Mini, a display adapter, a sunblock tunnel canopy for the iPad Mini, a USB C Cable 0.8 inch Right Angle Extension, and a Fimi Mini 3 remote controller.
