I got this for my mom, she's older and doesn't take care of cleaning well. She's got mild Alzheimer or dementia, don't know which. Well, it was easy to put in, anyone can do this, except, well, who likes playing with the toilet. Teaching her to use this, well, that was a huge fail. Then it hit me, that was better than the other option...her using it and forgetting to turn it off, aka, a toilet water fountain spraying all over your bathroom, flooding your home. When I turn it on for her, well, adjusting the spray's force isn't easy. She gets the funniest, shocked look on her face. Then again, I like that area getting cleaned without much help from me. If you're going to use it, I'd recommend purchasing wash cloths to use afterwards. It cleans like a bath/shower but toilet paper doesn't hold up to that kind of wet. If you have separate washcloths (unique color), probably everyone in the family will feel better about using them. Read more
It is easy to install even with the limited instructions, the plastic rings and materials are strong enough to hold the whole thing. The style of it matches my toilet seat. But it can not heat up water, and the sprays are a little bit too close to the water's surface. Read more

Installed as easily as our other 2 bidets of similar style. However, the 2 independent water jets don't direct the water to the intended targets. Not sure if it is because of the plastic guard in front of them or what the reason is but, some water tends to end up on the floor causing a mess that needs to be wiped up. Neither of the jets seem to have any adjustment so going to remove the unit. Our other 2 bidets of a different brand do not have the plastic flap/guard in front of the water jets and we don't have any problem with them. Read more
