Yay! Finally, a phone mount that actually works in my car without blocking my view, my vent or vital dashboard instruments! Also, it's a nice tight hold, so the phone's not wiggly. It's excellent! I don't know about you, but I have tried so many!!!! Read more

This phone holder has been really good! It is very sturdy on my dash, unlike the stick-on-the-dash ones I had previously tried to use. I would definitely recommend buying this if you have troubles with suction mounts and want something to clip to your dash and sustain its position 👍 Read more

Love the product. I was curious why this is not the standard everyone uses instead of using the products that use suction. Now I know. And it is not as bad as one would think. INSTALL But first, the installation was simple. I see some videos posted here where they are trying to slide-it-on the dashboard. That is incorrect installation technique. Please pull the bottom clip (takes some strength) so that it provides the required grip when you release it after pushing the mount into the dash. This is not a slide-on. It is kind of like using a hair clip where you need to hold the jaws open (takes some strength) and then release to create the grip. If you do not feel the strength of the lower clip, then you are probably doing it wrong. DESIGN The only note of caution, which I found out immediately upon installation, is that if you have large hands, and are used to turning your steering one-handed like Tom Cruise or Charlie Sheen, then your fingers may end up hitting the phone since it is fairly close to the steering. But this is not a deal breaker because normally it is far enough to NOT be an issue, especially if you are gripping the steering wheel with your fingers curled the way they are supposed to. VISIBILTY Definitely no visibility issues. It does NOT block the view. It sits right where you need it. DURABILITY It is NOT flimsy (at least till now, for about the month I have had it). I will probably post an update about whether the grip leaves any marks on the dashboard. I have kept it on. I do not remove and attach it. It is just installed permanently. At some point I am guessing it will leave a mark, but it is too soon to tell. There is enough silicone padding to prevent obvious scratches, but the car is parked outside so the sun may have some effect? STABLE? I was able to mount my phone, Pixel 7, with as well as without a case. Takes two hands. It can even hold the phone with a leather flip-cover, but you have to fold the cover back and jam it in just so for it to work. RECOMMEND? My recommendation? Go ahead and buy it. This is as close as you can get to the best design solution for a phone mount. Read more

Good, Strong clamp. 1.) Wouldn’t fit on dashboard, too thick,so it’s on my rearview mirror. Don’t like the phone and cord hanging down in front the windshield. 2.)Secure phone properly in the holder, or else it could flip upside down while driving and the distraction could be not only be frustrating, but costly. 3.) A good phone holder, it just takes a little extra time to be sure the phone is properly set in. 4.) Couldn’t attach to my dashboard. Dashboard too thick for clamp & clamp not long enough, I think. A little lower to my line of sight on dashboard preferred by me. Read more

This phone holder is great for my application, I’m using it on a 2016 Ford Edge and leaving it there. I like the fit & the design, I have tightened up the Phillips screws a couple times to keep the phone holder tight but other than that I haven’t messed with it. I’m tall enough were it doesn’t interfere with my field of view. I can easily look ahead, then glance down at my phones google maps. I keep my phone horizontal for google maps but can easily spin it if I need to. I would not move it around from car to car because it is plastic and moving it a lot, I believe would possibly cause damage. The spring for the dash clip is very tight and hold very well. Read more

So the product stays in placed once clipped. The issue I have with it is that the portion of the product that holds the cell phone isn't stiff enough. After about a week or so, the phone tends to fall down due to bumps and vibration. I'm a truck driver so I'm constantly on the road, driving long distances. I would recommend tighten the arm that holds the cell phone or even make a version of this product were there is no screw at all. The mini screwdriver doesnt really help tighten the screw. You can only turn the screw so much but it doesn't help. Hope this is helpful Read more

Holder was decent worked on in my truck but my clip area was not flat. So the clip would slide. Just wasn’t a good fit for my truck so 3 stars only because I couldn’t get the right set up. Yet the clip is strong and sturdy enough I’m sure if you clip surface is flat. Read more
