Nothing beats a good traditional cheese grater. The quality is great, it works and functions like it should. It is easy to use, and the grating speed is based on how fast you can grate the cheese. The grater is new, so it is currently super sharp and grades well, but only time will tell. It comes with a good size, with a small container box to hold the grated cheese which also works really well. The color is just generic, black handle, black base, and the grater itself metallic silver, just like a typical grater. I ordered this specifically for Thanksgiving and this worked perfectly. It cleans very nicely in the dishwasher without any residue. I love that it came with its own container and that it came with a silicone bottom. I was able to adjust holding the shredder while standing upright and laying down on its side.
