USB drives will not automatically reconnect on Mac
Good quality. Works as intended. However, USB drives will not get recognized when laptop comes back on from sleep mode - I need to reconnect the USB drives all over. Other than this, works fine. Read more

Versatile, Sturdy, and a Must-Have for MacBook Users!
This dock is fantastic! I love that it has so many connectors and seamlessly fits into the side of my MacBook. The large feet provide great support without putting unnecessary pressure on the ports, which is a huge plus. The only small tweak I’d make is that the feet don’t quite reach flush with a MacBook Pro, but it’s a minor detail that doesn’t seem to affect functionality. Best of all, it doesn’t block the power plug—plus, I can plug directly into it, and it powers my MacBook effortlessly. Overall, an excellent product that does exactly what I need. Highly recommend! If you have a case you'll need USB C extenders
It is really annoying that engineers don't add the 2 to 3 mm needed to use products with a thin hardshell case. The device works fine after installing USB c extenders (sold separately) MacBook hardshells are quite common at my workplace. More than half of my coworkers use them. Many devices compensate for this. Anker is usually dead on but in this case they missed this simple detail. I can't give it more than 3 stars when it doesn't work properly out of box. Otherwise, the dock works perfectly. Read more
