Very useful, my only struggle is finding a good spot for when I am at an amusement park. It disappeared after the first ride. Otherwise great. It offers me a peice of mind because I worry about waring enough sunscreen to avoid burned. Now I can know when to reapply. Read more

I really wanted these to work since they were a good price. Easy to apply. I put it on my arm in the room before going out to the pool and it was clear. Then put my sunscreen on, waited about 15 min before heading out. Got outside, not even in the pool yet and it was already deep purple. Within like 2 min of being outside. I sat in a covered hot tub on a cloudy day and it was still deep purple. When back inside after 30 min and right when I get back inside it turns clear again. Also the sides had begun to lift and lost stickiness. I think more it just knows there's UV and reacts to it. Because I made sure to lather up with 100 spf sunscreen. :( Read more

In theory it's a great idea but unfortunately the 3 times I've tried to use the stickers they have fallen off not long after application (and I was just sitting outside at a ball game, not even getting them wet.) I really wish I'd had a chance to try them before my return window closed (my fault having misplaced them once they arrived) as I would have sent them back. Read more

I use them to remind teens to apply sunscreen at the hot texas waterpark. Works well, stays on, not terribly expensive Read more

I used these on myself and the grandkids the last two months (June, July) for beach days and amusement park days. My grankids are ages 3,7,8 the girls really liked them and the boy thought they interesting. Ease of application depends on what's on the skin prior to applying. I noticed that they stick best on dry clean skin. If you have any type of lotion or sunblock on the skin prior to applying they don't stick well. We wear rashguards at the beach so I placed one on our cheeks and one of our legs. Multiply that by 4 and you go these pretty quickly if you're out in the sun alot during summer (which we were). Considering I use these to protect us from sun damage you can say it's a good value, but it can expensive. The kids and myself were impressed with the color change. I feel they worked well, if anything having that reminder to apply is very helpful. They changed differently depending where we were using them, at the beach I had to reapply every 60-90 minutes. Whereas at amusement park it was 90-120 minutes. I'm definitely going to be using these every summer. I'm even considering using them year round when I plan on being outdoors for a long time. One barrier to using these is that my 3 and 7 year old granddaughter would peel them off when they were bored waiting in line. Which brings me to removal, they were easy to remove. Read more

These… barely work. They do detect the UV rays but do not change color when sunscreen is applied on top. I tried multiple kinds and none of them changed it. We also used spray sunscreen and even then they fell off almost immediately. They are easy to use and one of the cheaper options but I would splurge for the better one. Read more

Bought these for a group trip and really wanted these to work since they’re so cute and cheaper than the others. Everyone used them with sunscreen over top but all turned purple immediately going into the sun and turned back white in the shade. They stayed on the entire time but we just couldn’t trust they were working. Read more
