This spray works ok for a texture spray if you're really just needing some grip in otherwise fine hair. It didn't do much for my waves though and left my hair feeling very dirty and looking frizzier than I like. I'm not crazy about the scent either, though its light and doesnt linger. I have lightly wavy hair that just... will not cooperate. I always am looking for a product that will help define my waves, but nothing has really worked for them, probably because my hair is super fine. I hoped this would, but it didn't work for me as I'd hoped. It's a very nice spray, though, and gives a surprisingly good amount of hold without making my hair feel crunchy. I honestly could barely feel the product in my hair but the hold was going strong. It didn't define my waves, despite much scrunching and using a diffuser, so I eventually just had to brush it all out, where it did help my hair hold a decent amount of volume which was nice, even though there were no waves. I am reluctant to blame this product, because my hair is notoriously difficult to style. If you are looking for a texturizing spray though, and have hair that isn't super rude, I'd recommend giving this a try. I am really impressed about how it didn't leave my hair crunchy even though I put a lot in. I have very fine hair, so my scalp gets oily looking kind of quickly but this did not contribute to that issue at all, in fact, I have less of an issue with that oily look when I use this, not sure why! I tried this on my butt length hair and it just didn’t do anything for me. I did it on wet and dry hair. My hair is more curly when shorter and more of a wave at this length. It came out better when it was wet, but still did not give me the beachy salty waves I was looking for. The formula felt nice in my hair. It smelled good too.
