These insoles are awesome! For 1, I did not need to trim them. They fit my 12's perfectly. Of far more importance is the fact that they helped get rid of my heel nerve pain. I have tried all sorts of insoles. For my condition, a little plantar fashiitis, inflamed nerve from mild heel spurs, my pain is gone!!! This doesn't mean they will work foe everything, but I am sold on there. The firm arch support and padded heel bottom area make these well worth the money. They definitely supply the arch support I wanted. The downside is that they have very little cushion and they’re too thick in the heel so my foot doesn’t stay firmly inside the back of the shoe. It rubs up and down in the back as a result. I tried them in three different shoes, same result in every pair. They take up too much room in the shoe in general. Read more

I've only been wearing them for a couple hours, but they seem awesome. They are very firm. My podiatrist gave me a 3/4 insert to place under all of my shoe insoles. This insert is very similar in structure. They are FIRM throughout the arch area which takes a bit of getting used to but the insole foam is very comfortable and the heel cushion is excellent. I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis and heel spur for over a year. I have tried many inserts to help. This is one of my favorites. I can't really say that it improved the plantar fasciitis but I definitely can say that these are very comfortable to wear. It provided me with the arch support that I needed, the right amount of heel comfort, and more endurance of the pain while I walked. I definitely recommend others to try them. Read more
