I sleep on my side. I waa hoping this would be comfortable. I sleep with one arm under a pillow. It says it will help to sleep with your spine in the right spot. I couldn't not get comfortable with this. The dip in the middle is uncomfortable. The sides are very thin. I did let it sit to fluff. It might work for other people, but not for me. It took a couple weeks for it ship. Ive never tried this type or pillow so I dont have another to compare with. Read more

I have been looking for a pillow like this for a long time! The only bummer is that there aren't pillow cases for something of this shape that I have seen yet, but I'll still use one to keep it clean. I don't like using large pillows where my head is propped up too much, and not having a pillow is even worse. It gives me neck pain and severe back pain if I sleep longer than 2 hours which is frustrating. This pillow has a cooling effect, which is nice. It is unbelievably supportive and soft at the same time. It is gray and white with a flat bottom. When I lay on it, it seems that my neck and back lay perfectly as they should which will ease my pain. You couldn't ask for a better pillow.
