Bought as a gift. Everything worked well. Heated and easy to use but both lid clips broke. It was barely used too when it broke. The clips to hold down the lid are cheap plastic. Trying to get a replacement through the manufacturer but it has been a long slow process of back and forth emails. Customer service is lacking. Read more

Great lunch box heats quickly and evenly I have used it for chili you can fit about theee cans in it, I've used it to reheat barbecue pork to make sandwiches at work as well as hot dogs I do security so I'm stuck in my car on construction sites a lot and a lot of times we don't have access to microwaves it's nice to be able to have a hot lunch compared to just a sandwich especially on a cold winter's night while working highly recommend buying great value... Works great. Most food can be warmed up in 45 mins to an hour. You might get lucky and get 2 uses out of it but you might want to charge every night. I work construction so it's convenient. I usually set a timer to turn it on. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because sometimes traveling in the bag can turn it off. It also says it has a child lock but it's just so it doesn't reset. My husband brings it to work with his left overs! All his workers compliment how good his lunch smells! His job doesn’t have microwaves in the break room and he’s always out in the field.
