This is a very comfortable vest that you can wear at work because it isn’t bulky around your armpit and it can also be worn under a coat. The batter IS heavier and a little bigger than the 10 hour batter, but that should be expected. Even still, it is not much heavier than my phone and still fits easiest in the battery pocket. Wonderful heated vest. Wear is all day everyday-even while the battery pack is charging. After 10 weeks battery pack wouldn't take a charge. I'd never called the manufacturer of a product I'd purchased from Amazon so didn't know what to expect. Lizel in customer service was extremely helpful. Wife loves it. Battery does not last 20 hours on medium heat setting. The large size is snug but she thinks that helps insulate her. It definitely heats up and keeps her warm. USB C charging but no charger included. Read more
