I purchased this jacket the first week of January and have to say it is probably one of the best things I've ever bought. It's very comfortable, light weight, & of course it's warm. Depending on how much it's used, the battery will hold a charge for most of the day but charges pretty quickly. It also turned out to be a really good conversation starter with random people as most are curious about the ring light on the front... so if you're into having random conversations with strangers about your jacket then definitely consider this! A few days after receiving my order, I got an email from Venustas customer service checking-in to make sure I was happy with the jacket & answer any questions, which I think shows a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Around mid-February the jacket started shutting off during the 5 minute preheat cycle. Even with the jacket off it's still very warm, so I thought the temperature ring light was broken but definitely on. I sent an email to Venustas customer service Friday afternoon & got a reply the next morning. They worked quickly to resolve my issue, sending a new battery. Ultimately they had to replace the jacket. The time it took to for a final resolution was pretty quick. Each email I sent to them received a reply within 24 hours, which is absolutely acceptable. Dealing with such a responsive company that stands behind its product has been very refreshing! The only "negative" feedback I can think to share is that the sleeves could be just a little bit longer, maybe half an inch? When the battery pack is in the inside pocket it feels a little "bulky" & makes the left outside pocket a bit tight, it's not obnoxious or even a negative really. If the battery sat just a bit higher on the torso that would help. I do wish there were more products available for men in XS sizes, & would love to see some Gray color options. Because of the good quality and more importantly awesome customer service, I have & will continue to recommend this jacket & will absolutely be buying from them again! This coat comes with a battery pack. The battery is a tad bulky but holds a good charge and easy to use. Very warm coat for those cold winters. I wear the coat a lot to hockey games and keeps me warm. True to size and soft. Read more

Let me start off with how well this product was packaged by the company. I felt super fancy for one it was in a packing cubes! That is 10 out of 10 highly recommend right there next was the size was perfect and let me just say I did not take it off still wearing it in the house lol eventually I will but it super comfy and the material is very pleasing sensory wise. terrible jacket, do not waste your money & i MEAN IT. the only “heated” thing you’re getting about this jacket is a warm NECK. the sleeves, back & hood do NOT even feel any different if it weren’t heated. the neck gets hot but you have to have a tight snug jacket in order to feel it. the pockets are BARELY warm. a cup of coffee is warmer than the pockets. absolutely waste of $130 Read more
