Definitely the most cost efficient way to get a dip station on your wall

The media could not be loaded. Does exactly what it looks like it does. Rock solid construction, super easy to put together, and only requires you to drill four 9/32” pilot holes for the lag bolts in the wall on normal studs. You get very little more on wall-mounted dip stations that cost $400 compared to this, so this is definitely the way to go for most people. Heads up though, I think the bottom part that rests on the wall will probably crush the drywall in a little from your body weight if you don't pad it somehow. I put a little foam pad and some solid rubber behind it that I had on hand. Read more
