I love this. It's a good heavy fabric. Not cheap at all. Love the lace and pockets. I don't think I'd wear in the hot summer though. But it fits me beautifully and is perfect for a gala I'm going to before summer. I'd definitely recommend and would buy again but it's not something you buy again, lol. Just saying. Love this dress! It fits according to the size chart. Nice thick (but not too thick) material and pretty tuck point/ details around the collar. Details like the small v neck, slight in the side, and velvet buttons (decorative only) give it an upscale look. I bought it to wear with pearls and heels for a funeral. This is a nice dress. The material is not thin/flimsy or cheap feeling texture. I am 5'4" 139lbs wearing a small and it fit perfect. It does stretch some so it was very comfortable. My wife purchased this dress & this review is from her. This is a great fit & flare style dress. I ordered a size up from my normal to ensure the bodice was not too snug. It's perfect, discreet V neck with some tailored dart style seaming that eliminates any look of fabric bunching unpleasantly. The weight of the fabric is very nice, could wear year round. It's very comfortable with a nice amount of stretch. I was looking for a comfortable dress that I could have for those events that require something a little bit nicer. My husband and I planned a trip to Europe w/another couple. A month before we left "Maria" texted me that she wants to go to Chef Ramsey's restaurant in the Savoy hotel (London) for dinner. Now I had planned on this trip being Tshirts, sweatshirts & jeans but this last minute change threw me into a panic. My husband and I are building a home and we live in a Travel Trailer temporarily. All of my dress clothes are packed away. (IF you know the Savoy...yeah Tshirt & jeans...not Ok) I got on Amazon and found this dress for less than $50. Material was well made, it fit nicely. I have yet to find a dress that checked ALL my boxes: Flattering cut, notch v neck, pleated neck, a-line skirt, short sleeves (not capped) with sold fabric that's not see through and drapes beautifully, affordable price!! A real winner. I only wish they had more colors, contemporary colors. I must have tried 20 different dresses elsewhere, before I found this one. It is hands down the best dress I own.
