Sparkly Overlayer

In the picture this looks like a solid colored dress with a gauze style overlay, which it is not The dress itself is fine, fit as expected and seems to be decent quality. The overlay, however is a bit too much like polyester. It also has silver threads sewn through it so it's like a sparkly overlayer but makes it look cheap and childish.
