The media could not be loaded. My video shows all of the different programming types, and accessories that come with the fitness vibration plate. This product is great for overall health, exercise, lymphatic drainage. I love the size as it is small enough to store big enough for all sizes of feet. It is midweight so very sturdy. This machine is very quiet so as you were exercising, the noise is not a distraction. Read more
I’ve owned a vibration plate for a while and did a lot of research before gifting this one to my sister—and she absolutely loves it. After using it, she says it genuinely feels like she worked out, even on days when motivation is low. One of the biggest benefits of a vibration plate is how much it helps with muscle activation, circulation, and overall movement in a short amount of time. It’s perfect for squeezing in daily self-care, whether that’s light exercise, recovery, or just getting your body moving without a full workout. This model is especially user-friendly. The remote control makes it super easy to adjust settings, and the included arm resistance bands are a great bonus for adding upper-body engagement. She likes that she can customize the intensity depending on her energy level that day. Overall, this has been a fantastic addition to her routine and a gift that actually gets used. If you’re looking for something that supports fitness, recovery, and consistency, this vibration plate is a solid choice. 💪✨ Read more
Fantastic product for many uses. I use for myself and with my students with autism. Great fun and effective. Read more
The vibration plate itself is great! I purchased it mostly for the lymphatic drainage benefits. However, mine only came with one hook to attach the arm stretch bands and the hook broke on the first use. I recommend purchasing different hooks to attach the bands. Otherwise, this is a great product for the price! Read more

I was concerned about buying this due to some older reviews but I bit the bullet and I’m so happy I did! The red comes as an upgraded model, several modes, and remote. This thing works! My whole family was taking turns on it. I originally bought it to help with blood flow circulation in addition to my regular exercise routine. You can definitely feel it working after 10 minutes. I feel great after I use this vibration pad. I feel like it’s helping with my back pain, and already tightening my muscles. My legs and back feel stronger after a desk job. This plate is good quality for the price, isn’t loud (i’m in an upstairs unit so this matters), and is exactly what I was looking for :) Read more
UPDATE: It's now Sept. '25 (about 8-9 mo. since my order), and I noticed today that the black rubber top mat is definitely coming unstuck from the base (which is affecting a couple of the metal studs used as 'pressure points'). The machine itself still works fine (so far... trust me, I do NOT use it that much - too tired/busy), but I feel like less than a year of occasional use should NOT be affecting the quality that much. I gotta take another star off for this - even if it works fine, the quality of the mat is kind of disappointing. This may have cost less than some of the other ones for sale, but this may be an item to not try & skimp on... ORIGINAL REVIEW (Jan. '25): I've had this item a little over 2 weeks. I partly work from home, so a few times a week I'll use this on my lower legs while sitting in my work chair. I can tell it's doing SOMETHING - I do feel like the circulation in my legs is a little better, and my legs seem a TINY bit more toned. I look forward to seeing what further use does for me. The only reason I couldn't give it FIVE stars is because the rubbery plack part on top (where your feet go) is starting to unstick from the board a bit. ...I can always hot glue it back down - but I shouldn't really HAVE to do that, especially 2 weeks into using it, LOL (I'm not 'rough' with it, for the record). Overall, I don't regret buying it and it works just fine, I just wish I didn't have the mat-gluing issue. Read more
I’ve been using the Pofart vibration plate machine for a few days now and overall, I'm pretty pleased with it, especially for the price point. It’s compact, easy to move around, and offers a surprisingly powerful vibration that you can definitely feel working your muscles and circulation. Whether you’re standing, sitting, or even doing squats or planks on it, it provides a solid workout and helps with muscle activation and lymphatic drainage as advertised. The vibration settings are versatile — there are multiple speed levels and preset programs, which makes it easy to adjust based on your fitness level or goals for the day. The remote is a nice bonus and works well so far, though it feels a bit lightweight and might not be the most durable in the long term. Now for the downsides: the included resistance bands are basically useless. They're don't provide much resistance at all — more like an afterthought than a real workout aid. If you're serious about incorporating upper-body exercises, I’d suggest using your own bands or weights instead. Also, while the platform seems sturdy enough for now, only time will tell how durable the motor and vibration mechanism really are. It doesn’t feel cheap, but it also doesn’t feel heavy-duty like a high-end model you'd find in a gym. For home use, casual fitness, and recovery routines, this vibration plate does a really good job. It’s easy to use and fits well into a home workout space without taking up too much room. Just don’t count on the bands for serious exercise, and keep in mind that longevity might be a question mark after heavy use. At this price, though, it’s a very good value for what you’re getting.
