I loved this ab roller, it is well made and stable when using, unlike some of the cheaper ones. It gives a great ab workout & I loved using it. But I had to stop using it after my total knee replacement last year so I guess I will sell it or give it away. Read more

The assembly was very simple. I also love the included matt for your knees, great to prevent carpet burns and if your home has tile/wood floors. This ab roller is durable as well. The roller doesn't squeak and the rod in the middle doesn't bend or feel imbalanced. The material on the outside of the roller feels like rubber so it will stick to the floor with ease. They also included a paper full of different detailed workouts you can do which is a bonus. Read more

Just received today and this roller works great. Very light weight and made well. My husband requested this but I will definitely be using as part of my work out routine.
