I researched a ton looking for a telescopic AND swiveling stand for sheet music so I could use it on my kitchen table to play violin standing or sitting. It was really difficult to find one that swiveled and moved up and down. While this stand does not move up and down as much as I would like one to, it does the job almost...perfectly. I am very pleased with this. It is well made, sturdy. Nicer on the eyes than many, many others. I wish the stand were of wood but the thickness of wood instead of a piece of metal would decrease stability. This is very stable. The platform is a good size to ensure that. Very well made. Rotates 360Degrees as stated and the page holders work very well. However the part that the book sits on is too narrow. 9" long which is good, but only 1" wide for the book to rest on. It needs to be at least 2" wide. My Study Bible does not sit well and I can only use 1 of the page holders at times. As shown in the photos I uploaded. Read more

Purchased this to use during homeschooling and the first week it was great! You could position it and it would stay in that position while working. Now it keeps falling down and every day we are retightening it to keep it up. If it would stay up it would have been amazing. It is sturdy and the size is perfect. The white color with the natural wood is pleasant to look at and doesn’t cause an eyesore on top of the desk. The page holders are a nice added bonus although we don’t use them as the book we are using are spiral bound and stay flat. It isn’t too heavy or too light. If you are using just to hold a normal sized book to read it will probably be okay but to use it for heavy books, binders, or papers in which you need to write on you may have the issue we are having with it collapsing flat.
