This works! Helps my 300lb, 6'2 husband get in and out of his (hospital)) bed. We have one attached to the side of his bed (across the mattress) to help pull him out of his chair that is next to it which faces the side of the bed. The strap has double stitching and comfortable to grasp too. Highly recommend this product! Read more

this is a very nice tool to have. I put it on the centerline of a tempurpedic adjustable bed using the metal rail that retains the foot of the mattress, and it has been very good to have from the jump - for repositioning myself, for sitting up, for getting out of bed. (I'm a cancer patient with a lot of weight loss following abdominal surgery; my core strength is very low.) I can see it will also be a great rescue tool - last week I drifted to the edge of the bed while asleep, halted my fall by putting my head on the bedside table - and needed another 20 minutes to figure out a way to lever myself upright and get out of bed. that experience prompted my purchase of rails and this ladder. i will get the rails up when possible; this was a one-person job with immediate, large benefit. all that said, I do look at this tool and wonder how long it will last. the assembly of the middle rung on my copy introduces 2 unneeded points of failure - the main ring of fabric is cut on each side and the rung is attached at the cut, as is the loop which holds the top rung in place. If the çenter rung was joined the same way that bottom rung is, by leaving the webbing intact and joining to it as it went past, there would be no need for those two cuts - and probably fewer reviews reporting early failure of the ladder. Time will tell, and I will look into other fabric ladders. It seems possible that someone makes a bunk bed or treehouse ladder which offers similar functionality if attached to a bed. Read more
This is very convenient for helping sitting up and getting out of bed. It attached to the bottom of the bed frame at the foot of the bed and then stretches up to be used. No tools required. I'm a heavy - set person and it holds fine. The ladder part is covered with foam where you grab it. I was struggling to get out of bed and this is great. Read more
This item isn’t very user friendly. I used it with clients that needed assistance getting out of bed, and there’s too much slack which can cause user to lose the stability they need. Read more
I have shopped for and had my mom try a multitude of items to help my 92-year-old mom raise herself up and out of bed. With that said, this is the magic wand! She absolutely loves the ladder and doesn’t know how she’s lived without it. It helps her move across the bed, slide herself over, raise herself up to turn on the ceiling fan, as well as helps her pull herself up and out of bed. This is a mighty miracle for the elderly or anyone who has trouble getting up from a laying down. Read more
This is a well-made heavy duty pull up device, I use it daily numerous times it shows no signs of weakening I'm very pleased with this product it is well made put together well at the seams it's made of heavy duty material. The handles are soft they do spin when you grab a hold of them because the strap goes through them but it is a soft material. Read more
This has been The Best Item I bought for my disabled state. I lost all ability from the waist down. I still had use of my arms, so I was able to use this to sit up! I would most definitely buy this again and will probably buy another for the TV room. Read more
