Total setup time: 1hr necessary equipment: drill with phillips attachment, phillips screwdriver. As others have said, the predrilled holes on the desktop are meaningless. The instructions make it very clear that you must drill the holes to attach the frame to the desktop. This is because the desk comes in many different sizes and layouts. I found the instructions very easy to follow and very thorough. One review stated that there was no bracket to attach one desktop to another, this has since been remedied, because my desk came with more brackets than necessary. The desk is very sturdy, the desktop is beautiful and thicker than expected, and the up and down action is very smooth and reliable. My ONLY gripe with the desk is that the edges are all rounded, so the "L" is not a gapless transition. Read more
This company pulled a quick one to get a large sale. They mix and match other desk tops with a separate base. None of the holes match up and they never tell you that you have to drill your own holes until you reach out to them. Instructions are all unclear and not present. Horrible experience. Read more
I've had this desk for several months now and it even survived a disassemble and reassemble whenever I moved. Sturdy, huge, and no issues. I have two monitors and my desktop on the desk and no issues from the motors. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this stand up desk for medical reasons, so I decided to go ahead and spend the extra to get something that really suited my needs. First observation as I was assembling this is the fit & finish where the two surfaces meet up (see picture). The two surfaces look like two desks shoved together. For $820, it would have been nice if the adjoining edges were squared off for a clean finish that looks like they go together. As this was obviously two different units that get pieces together and sold as a different mode, the instructions are a bit sketchy. Each box has a separate set of instructions for that particular unit, but none of them really explained how the pieces get oriented on the frame. Second observation (see video), there is no support under the short surface where they meets. If you put any weight on it at all there is a significant drop and uneven transition. Again for $820, it seems some kind of brace or bracket should be included. I will end up making a shim myself. The biggest pain point: I broke down my office over the weekend to get this set up and get my office put back together. Upon assembly I powered it up and discovered one of the motors didn’t work, so the desk wouldn’t leave the lowest setting. I had to set up a temporary desk for my work station and wait until Monday morning for support. Upon talking with support it was determined that I was shipped controller box and panel that was not compatible with my desk. New parts had to be shipped out. Overall, thus far, I’m pretty disappointed with this purchase. **update** after installing the new parts, I had a few error codes. After a few resets, things seem to be working. Read more

Really nice desk. The seems like up fine for me. The motor mechanism is quiet and fast. Overall, a great desk. Pain to put together. Worse part is flipping it upright, probably takes 3 people for this size of desk. The issue is the segmented desktop doesn't provide the support for flipping. Overall, very happy. If I move and have to break it down, I'll likely upgrade to a solid top. Read more
I’ve owned this for over four months now. Even moved houses with it. It’s holding up great and it’s super functional. It really is a great base which you can customize. The motor lifts the desk fairly quickly and works well. Its price is a premium, but well worth the value. My back thanks me Read more
