I bought some nice pole monitor mounts from another manufacturer, and love them. Mostly because the base is absolutely military grade. The problem is the poles are too short. One of them is for holding 2 -32 inch monitors, so I ordered a long pole (48") from yet another manufacturer, and even if I have to fire up the mig welder I'll make that work for the 32's. The 27's I have however don't need the long pole. The top monitor just needed to go up another 5 or 6 inches so I didn't have to look down at the bottom monitor. This plate works PERFECTLY. Just attach your mount plate to the threaded holes in this adapter, and the open hole side to your monitor. I'm gonna order 2 more now for the other vertical monitor pairs I have. The only issue it created is it stresses the vertical monitor tilt mechanism a bit more. No problem. Tighten that bolt REAL tight so it doesn't move, and put some stank on it. Works fine. Read more

I purchased a 3-monitor bracket to accommodate 3 32" curve monitors but the bracket did not extend far enough to accommodate the 3 monitors. This bracket was able to add 3 inches to the bracket which then allowed my 3 monitors to fit on the 3 arm bracket. Heavy steel gauge and I was able to use the screws that came with the bracket. I appreciate that one side comes with just open drilled holes and the other has threaded holes with screws included. We used this as a way to raise a monitor up more than the original stand would allow by mounting it tall ways to the stand and then to the monitor itself. Because it had threaded holes, it allowed for this kind of configuration without modifications to the existing stand and used the existing holes in the stand to pass through the screws to the adapter plate. I have previously used this product to hold micro computers with a VESA 100 mount, what it's designed for and it can be setup in any direction that works for your needs. Read more

Faulty design - The Vivo (same brand) monitor mount does not allow user to lock rotation on monitor mount so installing this throws it out of balance causing the monitor to drop to one side making this totally useless. Read more

For my purpose this worked out quite well. HOWEVER, I didn't use it for/with an Intel NUC box. Rather, I used it as an extension from my my monitor mount to Velcro an Apple TV unit. So it was perfect for me. It provided a very flat surface to use adhesive Velcro for the Apple TV. It allowed me to use a 1ft HDMI cable to connect to my monitor (it has multiple HDMI ports). However, if you are purchasing this specifically to mount an Intel NUC, then look at other reviews. If you simply need an extension from your monitor bracket to mount a streaming box, Raspberry Pi or other device, I found this an excellent economical solution. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes. For anyone wondering, this is for my Amazon Basics (Ergotron PL) dual monitor stand. Model K001395; ASIN B00MIBN71I. I searched long and hard to find a way to raise my monitor for this stand and this did the job! For anyone wondering, the pipe on the basics mount has a non-standard threading so people were having a tough time matching it. This mount allowed me to raise the monitor enough so that I am not constantly looking down. I just attached it and my neck and shoulders are already thanking me. Pics above. Read more

I had to mount a smaller (24" monitor next to a much larger curved monitor and I ordered a double bracket and the smaller monitor was just too low. I started designing a bracket and looked at ordering the raw materials and then drilling, tapping and painting and this was a much more affordable and easier solution. Went in easy and had all the hardware and spares to fit my VESA bracket and monitor. Easy and affordable - my 2 favorite words! Read more
