This TAVH10 2025 model seems to have corrected the issues I've had with previous versions over the last few years. This heater has worked perfectly since I received it. It is quiet and provides good heat for a living room. The remote control is a major plus as it contains all the controls and uses AAA batteries, unlike the previous model. Very happy with this heater so far. Seems Vornado quality is back! Read more

Excellent product. Warms my bedroom quickly and evenly. The fan option works great in warm weather. Attractive to the eye. Remote is great, no need to get out of bed at night to adjust. Quiet. Great price. Definitely recommend! Read more

The Vornado TAVH10 space heater is small but very efficient at heating up a room when there is no need to heat up the whole house. This was actually a replacement from the same model which I had enjoyed for several years but perhaps I was not careful with keeping it dust free. I especially enjoy having the convenience of the remote. Read more

I ordered two of them and placed one in the living room and the other in my bedroom. The thermostats on them don't seem to be all that accurate. I can set one to 63F and it won't cycle off until the temp reads 70F. The other I can set to 63F and it cycles off at 65F. One is sufficient for a small room (140 square feet or less). Of course, it also depends on how cold it is outside and how well insulted your home. It hasn't got colder than in the high 20's at night so far this winter and two of these heaters keep my place reasonably warm. I live in a small 1,100 square foot house. They also aren't all that energy efficient. One month's use more than doubled my electric bill. Read more

This is a nice space heater with several useful functions and fancy digital display. In particular, it has a shutoff timer for safety, in case I forget to shut it off, which is one reason I bought it. This timer only works in one hour increments, slightly annoying, but tolerable. However, the heater FORGETS the shutoff timer setting upon each power cycle! The shutoff timer must be reset every time the unit is turned on, even with the power cable continuously connected. This is unfortunate, annoying, and potentially unsafe for anyone who might have memory issues. Read more

Expensive, but works well for my rooms and home as a backup heater. I have about 7 of these at one time. 2 of them broke after 10yrs use. One stopped working/would not turn on and the other, the element supports just fell apart. I have cheaper ones that lasted longer but what I like is the control of these. I used one in each room (3), two for living and kitchen and two in basement. My brother in law was surprised that two were able to keep the entire living and dining room at 68 F. Read more

Arrived with a defect - thermometer wouldn't register over 45 degrees; hence the thermostat was non-functional. It was a return for that reason (after discussing with the company help line). OTOH, fam was almost completely silent; I wasn't too impressed with the volume of output - seemed to take quite some time to make a perceptible difference in a 20 * 16 room - surprising as it was a WireCutter recommended purchase.
