I didn’t realize the reason I hated cooking was that I had terrible knives. As soon as I invested in these knives I didn’t mind chopping vegetables including sweet potatoes. They are sharp. They come with a sharpener to keep them that way. I no longer dread chopping because it’s simple and fast. After using cheap knives for most of my life, I decided to invest in a couple of really good ones. I use these knives for just about everything I cut, with the exception of an old bread knife I have. I am so happy with these knives. I treat them very well and wash and dry them after every use. They are very sharp and are comfortable to hold. The whole family loves these knives.
