Impact driver, bit extender, and clamps recommended to install
Very sturdy, easy to install with the right tools. Just make sure you have an impact driver and at least a 4" (10cm) bit extender if driving the screws into wood because a drill is not powerful enough, even with predrilled holes, and the bar gets in the way without a bit extender. Use clamps to hold it in place while installing the first two holes. With these tools it can be installed in a few minutes. The impact makes the base flush with the wall/frame so there is no movement at all under load. Read more

Secured the pull-up bar to a 2”x6” secured to the wall studs using 5”lag bolts. This bar allows me to do pull-ups and use other attachments to add variety to my workout. Nice addition to the home gym. Read more
