I'm a maintenance director at a nursing home.Our Dietary has had this unit for less than a year.The two bearings have already worn out on the blade assembly that is at the bottom of the canister that you use with this unit.They are 70 bucks a piece.Doubt if they cost them more than 10 to make.We ordered them 3 weeks ago,they were not in stock from the supplier and they ordered them from the factory.Called to complain.Still waiting.I hope you have better luck if you buy one.Consider looking elsewhere.
