Low Quality Dispenser
I got this item primarily because I needed a discreet and easily accessible way to carry emergency medication, especially appreciating the idea of the hidden compartment for quick access. What I disliked most was the actual pill capacity. While the listing claims the watch holds up to 5 pills, I found this only to be true if the pills were very tiny or flat tablets. My standard-sized medication was too large to fit more than two capsules inside the hidden compartment. This limited capacity severely restricted its use for my actual emergency readiness needs, making the core feature impractical. On top of that, the quality of the watch itself was a major letdown. It's advertised as always elegant with a genuine leather strap and a sapphire crystal face. However, the leather strap felt cheap and stiff, and the watch lost time consistently within the first few weeks of wear.
