A barista friend suggested I get one of these. This one was thicker than the others I looked and is terrific, thick enough that I don’t worry about my counter when tapping and tamping and sized a bit narrower than my Breville Barista Express so it fits on my counter without taking up extra space. Since it is silicone it stays in place, but does get espresso dust sticking to it. It cleans up instantly with water and a wipe of a towel to dry it. Read more
