The jug feels really solidly built, it has a thickness to it but still enough to be able to feel the heat of the milk when steaming. The handle is nice and big allowing the whole hand to hold it. The jug is really easy to clean, inside and out, with the outside being very easy, just wipe with a damp cloth is pretty much all that’s needed to keep it looking as new.
