I don’t know if this has minerals or something in it that helps remineralize the teeth but they are slowly becoming whiter. Admittedly I am now flossing daily, but I do not think that has any bearing on my teeth slowly becoming whiter. The mint flavor is nice. One tablet lasts for two wash cycles. It helps to empty water from the little tablet container after your first wash so that it doesnt “melt” the tablet because you do not want the tablet (on the 2nd wash) to all go out in the first 2 seconds. Waterpik's whitening tablets have been coming in a beige color instead of white. As the photo shows, the Waterpik tablets are darker compared to those of its competitor, Weltab.
