I am not easily impressed, this is by far the smartest purchase you can make if you spend any time around water. I dont know why other people had issues, I popped my phone in without reading instructions and easily operated the camera AND touch screen. I was able to unlock my screen when it timed out and go from texting to the camera. The quick start guide says to test it first so I stuffed it with tissues and weighed it down in the sink... 4 hours later I remembered it was there and still no leaks. I dont dive so I cant comment on that but I have at least 3 phones at the bottom of the Guadalupe river. This floats and keeps it safe the cord is sturdy too. I cant believe it doesn't cost more.... think about how much replacing your phone is! I have a samsung S9+ for reference. UPDATE: I just got back from cancun, the underwater pics looked amazing, I went cliff diving and zip lining with the cord strapped to my wrist, got amazing pics and my phone wasn't exposed at all, you have to press hard on the screen to use the touch screen and take it out to charge but it REALLY protects the phone. Selfies, videos, and camera shots looked great, I could still hear when I got calls, AND the retina scan biometric thingy still worked so I could unlock it even though the fingerprint was covered. Some pics came out with water spots because I was in the water taking them above and didnt have anything to wipe it with. But other than wiping with a towel I never cleaned the outside, still got great pics and no moisture detected in the phone.... the floating part came in handy we were able to just throw it to eachother in the water without worries. I purchased this case for a trip to Discovery Cove in Orlando and couldn’t be happier. I was debating between this style and “standard” waterproof pouch and can’t say enough for the handle-type feature for taking pictures. Below is a more detailed review: Comfort: 5/5 - grip design is fantastic. Ease of use: 4/5 - must use side button while underwater to take photos, because fingerprint touch and the screen case design won’t work well when submerged. Using the button is actually easier, IMHO. Waterproof: 5/5 - used underwater all day with not a single leak. Fully submerged and went under waterfalls with zero problem. Phot Quality: 3.8/5 - assuming we are comparing cell phone pictures and not professional underwater cameras, this takes pretty darn good photos. Because I’m not willing to take my phone into a salt water lagoon without protection, I can’t directly compare an underwater image without a case. But without investing a few hundred dollars into an actual underwater camera, I’m quite happy with the quality. Especially for under $40. Tip #1: make sure phone and case are 100% dry before locking, or condensation will build up inside and cloud the lens area. I had used glasses cleaner to clean off smudges and it must have been slightly damp when I put my phone in. The second time around I made sure everything was entirely dry and had no problems. Tip #2: lost the seashell key on day one (whoops) but the corner of a credit card works just as well to pop open the side locks. Very happy with my purchase and I look forward to using it on future trips with underwater excursions. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Lies about what phones it is compatible with so there is a slight gap side to side with the SE. It also says you need the foam stickers for phones less than 4.7in. Mine is 4.875 and I needed both foam stickers to barely be tall enough, which means it's not tight enough to make up for the side to side ill-fit. Cheap mechanics. The arm doesn't come out well on the side I need it for my photos. Between all of this, it can't take a picture. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Amazing purchase for our 8 day cruise. Always got asked about it. Worked clearly, didn’t break or get wet. Only thing is, even using with a iPhone 15 pro max it moved around the box sometimes and had to press hard on the screen to tap. Used for snorkeling and regular pictures in Cozumel and Honduras. The hand strap is very helpful. Read more

I brought this underwater camera on a swimming-with-sharks adventure and I’m so glad I did. The footage came out stunning, and the camera was reliable the entire time. I never had to think about it once in the water I could just enjoy the experience and trust it to capture everything. Truly made the adventure unforgettable. Read more

It's a good quality, water didn't get, it took good pictures but i had to press the screen a lil hardr in order to take pictures or videos. After an hour of use, I opened it up to remove my phone and my phone was heated up. I was using Samsung galaxy note 9 it was perfect fit. It had adjustable fitting to accommodate different sizes of smart phones. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this case for my trip to Belize. At first I was a little worried that it would leak, but at no time did a single drop of water get inside. There was never any fog on the window. My photos and videos were crystal clear and looked absolutely incredible. I could not be more happy and now I intend to buy one for each of my children and my husband before our next trip! Soooo worth it! Skip the generic go pros and other underwater cameras and just get one of these!!! You can’t even tell that your phone is in a case! Oh. And not to mention it is so easy to use and so easy to swipe back and forth between photo and video. I attached a video of my snorkeling trip just to show you how great the videos turn out!! I also wanted to add that I was completely able to still use my phone while it was in the case. Not under water, but as long as I came to the surface, I was able to switch from photo to video with no issues and was even able to type texts with ease. It’s not super easy to do, but it does work. I barely had the case off of my phone for my entire trip. Took calls and sent texts just fine. Even posted to FB. I just noticed a lot of people were asking if it could be used, so I thought I’d add this info to my review! Read more
