This docking station works good. Visual quality seems good. I use it for two HDMI monitors and 1 SD port. Sometimes it doesn't boot up instantly. I think i had a problem with the drivers being out of date, but it seems to me working now. I haven't been able to get my mouse to work by plugging it into the docking, not sure if it was the drivers or it is just not supported. Other than that, it has a sleek look and provides enough power to charge my laptop. Would like to see support for mouses and printer for this docking station, without having to plug them into the computer. Read more

In sorting through various options I made a mistake and bought the wrong product. I didn't realize that this docking station was not a DisplayLink compatible product, and so won't meet my need to have 2 extended monitors off of my M2 mac. I won't go into the details of why I didn't realize this after my return window with Amazon had closed. The agent who helped me to realize my error also helped me to get a partial refund which I, of course, will put towards the right edition of their product. I think it is exceptional that the company supported me in this way. Looking at the product listing, the limitations are clearly documented. This was my mistake. I didn't read closely enough. I used it to clone my M.2 SSD. I wanted to upgrade from 1TB to 2 TB. You just snap in your new SSD, clone it, and install the new drive. You can then throw your old SSD in, format it, and you have an external drive that’s lightning fast. It’s great! Read more

I made the mistake of setting this up last in my new office. I just can't get this to display anything. The return policy has expired, and the tech support is lacking. I know it's not my laptop, because my old dock works fine, I'm just very disappointed in this. I love the form factor, and that all the relevant IO is on the back (my older dock has IO on both the front and the back and doesn't look great on a desk). I genuenly feel like I threw away like a hundred bucks for something that looks nice, but isn't functional. I'm getting a new Mac Book Pro with the M2 chip soon, hopefully that'll work with the dock, because my Dell works with other USB C thunderbolt docks, just not this one. I'll update this review if my Macbook works fine with it. Read more

Using their power cable and plugging in an external monitor I have tons of flickering with a rolling line going down the screen as well. The monitor works fine plugged up to my pc through the very same cable so it is specifically the dock. Can't recommend. Read more
