Thus far it has had the desired effect. No tool in and of itself has helped him 100 percent but the pressure he gets from this best does aid in calming his nervous system. The quality of this vest is great. My daughter uses this during her pitching warm up just to add a little bit of weight. It is easy to use, and adjust easily. You can put it on by pulling the sides apart with velcro. It fits my 9 year old pretty snug, which we like. It's hard to do exercises if it's hanging off of you.
