I think this is a pretty nice weighted vest, though it isn’t perfect. The weights are bulkier than another vest I own, but they’re removable, which is the best feature of this design. Each weight is jointed in the middle, so when folded they can feel a little puffy and make the vest seem bulkier overall. It includes 10 removable weights, with six pouches on the back and four on the front. The vest fits securely, but I’d estimate that it’s best suited for users up to around 250 pounds, possibly a bit less for women. The reflective pattern at the top looks more decorative than functional. I thought it appeared slightly feminine, though my wife said it just looks like a rock pattern.
