I love this weighted eye mask! I find the weight gives enough pressure on the eyelids to make you feel comforted and relaxed. I’ve tried a few other ones and this one seems to have more weight to it which I prefer. I like that it has two materials although I most likely will only use the cooling side. Read more

Skip this if your head is larger than average. The back strap twists and the paper-like things holding each end of the strap slide down and dig into my head. When I go to bed the last thing I want to do is futz with the strap. It’s twisted and I can’t get it untwisted. This is extremely uncomfortable and does not promote the restfulness I had hoped for. This is unfortunate because I’m stuck in a rehab (broken ankle) and my roommate insists on having all her lights on when I need darkness to sleep. What a disappointment. Oh well. Update: Seller contacted me quickly to see what they do for me. Stars added for EXCELLENT customer service. Now I have to see what else they sell. :) Offered refund but I declined. Not their fault that my noggin is so big. Read more
I cannot say how much I love this mask. This is my second one because unfortunately the elastic band doesn't last forever. I can use one for about 8 months before I need one. The best thing about this mask is the weight. They sort of envelope around your face. Blocking out all light and putting pressure on certain parts of my face that just seems to calm me. Read more

I get a migraine every day and if I’m lucky my medication will deter it! However, this eye mask is a life saver- a MUST HAVE! My main concern is LIGHT (my house is basically all windows) and when you put this on you are in total darkness. I’ve never had a mask that put me into a complete COMPLETE dark abyss~ any migraine suffer will know ho great that is. Second , it is weighted from the insert but you barely notice it and they can be removed. I haven’t used the hot/cold “pad” but either way I’m sure it won’t take away from this great mask. From other reviews it has been stated that the pads don’t stay cold or warm for very long…but again I was really only interested in the darkness. My migraines vary from place to place. All in all if you are looking for a comfortable mask that doesn’t move when you sleep , blocks out 100% of the light and soothes your eyes for a period of time… look no further!!
