I am a runner turned more walker. I bought the vest to boost my walks & really like it. It is not bulky and it you can adjust it to be tighter or looser to your body for your comfortable fit. I like that the weights are removable so you can adjust what you need for your workout (walking, gym work, etc). The vest and weights are of good quality & seems very durable. Read more
I purchased this vest to wear on walks to help build my bones. I am an "over 70" woman and on the thin side. The vest works perfectly for me. The vest itself weighs 4 pounds, with 6 pockets to place one pound weights (included) to make the vest weigh 10 pounds. The ability to add weight in small increments was appealing to me and the pockets for the weights are equally distributed on the back and front of the vest. There is also a divided "net" pocket on the front of the vest where you can keep keys or your phone . I use one of the pockets for a small water bottle. The vest itself goes on over your head is is comfortable. Since it is more narrow in width, it seems to be a bit cooler in the hot summer weather of Texas. The side straps don't cinch up all the way for me since I have a smaller "frame" but I have not noticed the vest moving around when I am walking. So far, I really like this vest and would recommend the Nealfit Vest to anyone looking to add up to 10 pounds of weight to their body for workouts or walks. Read more
Super 'fit' to wear, but OH how heavy to start (;<() ! This will take some time to get used to carrying the EXTRA weight, but its worth its WEIGHT to get in better shape. YOU CAN DO IT TOO! Read more
