These boots were an instant hint. I have worn them multiple times and have gotten compliments each time. They fit is very comfortable and true to size! I generally wear a 9W or a 10 if there is no wide option and both the toe box and arch height are roomy without being overly loose to wear my foot slides around. These come up over my calfs nicely. My legs are on the thicker side due to working out 2x a day and it was no problem at all. They are beautifully designed and seem to be made out of good quality materials. They have a shorter chunkier heel, making them pretty versatile as far as terrain/environments that they can be worn in and a decorative neutral design with the stitching. The shaft on the boot is insulated for added warmth but not so thick that it is uncomfortable and hot to wear. I have worn them with normal boot socks on with a pair of jeans on 50 degrees and also thicker socks on with skinny jeans out to dinner. Nice looking Boots!!! I’m not going to lie Although I got these for my Daughter (Cause she is into the Country Music Scene) But when they came in and I saw them in person I said Nope , too cute to let go so I’m keeping them for me Luckily our feet are the same size because these are So Mine! To top it off she saw them and said “ Momma those are so Cute where did you get them” so I’m going to be getting another pair in another color for her! They are comfortable the color is beautiful it’s like a very light tan not white not off white like a very pale almost a blonde tan, they fit pretty true to size , are easy to get off and on , look real good in person and go perfect with Jean shorts and maxi skirts, they would be a over the Jean shoe much like any knee highs but I have yet to pull any jeans out as i live in a hot humid southern climate and it’s not time for them yet so I can’t say how they look with jeans yet but I think any skinny pant would look good with them!! These boots are beautiful! They’re more of an off-white, almost cream color, which actually makes them more versatile. They’re definitely wide-calf-friendly and easy to slip on. The heel height is perfect..gives a little lift without being uncomfortable, and I could walk in them all day. No break-in period needed, they’re comfortable right out of the box. I’m very excited to wear these boots — they look great and go perfectly with leggings and jeans. The embroidery and chunky heel give them a fun, fashionable cowgirl vibe. That said, I’m not sure I personally find them worth $70. The biggest downside is a very strange, overpowering smell inside the boots — almost like a very strong, heavily scented liquid detergent or perfume. Handed the boots to my husband to see if he could find the source and his theory is they were washed or something but with how strong the smell is you'd think it sat right in the scene for a solid week soaking it up. I even left the boots out in the open for about a week trying to air out the scent, but it didn't work. I made the mistake of sniffing them to figure out the source, and the scent lingered in my nose and mouth for hours, even affecting my dinner!
