Let me start off by stating that I live in a single-bedroom apartment. My place is not too big and it's is made of up hardwood floor with the exception of tile in the bathroom and kitchen. (Meaning I haven't tested this out on carpet) I actually really enjoy this small vacuum. I wanted something portable and fairly small/easy to handle. And after having this guy for over a year (I ordered this in October of 2021), It's come in really handy. I'm not sure if the vacuum has been updated since purchasing it but it comes with 3 suction powers (low, medium, and high). It works extremely well on hair, crumbs, and dust that has accumulated under beds and hard-to-reach places. It works best on my hardwood floors but works well on tile as well. It comes with a few attachments that I have used every once in a while but not enough to comment on. I use it multiple times a week (not every day) and charge it a few times a week depending on how much I use it and what power mode I put it on. I think that the battery is okay for an apartment but I don't think it would last in a sizable house. This is not an issue for me because I have been living in a single-bedroom apartment for years now. Overall, I think this is a pretty good vacuum for a low cost. I love this vacuum but had an issue with the charging capability and dealt with Customer service and the tech department and the customer service was amazing. They quickly resolved my problem and replaced the defective vacuum immediately and everything was handled professionally. I would recommend this vacuum, pick up is great, it's lightweight and easy to maneuver, emptying and cleaning the filters is also easy. Great vacuum, even better customer service! Read more

I bought this mainly for carpet and it works great for medium pile carpet actually. It also works quite fine on hardwood. It doesn't come with as many attachments as some of the other vacuums though, but what it has is sufficient. The battery is fine and the suction power is pretty great. I haven't had issues with anything getting tangled in the roller, either. It is light and the parts are easy to swap out. The head roller is very flexible in turning on both axis making it a breeze to use. My only real complaint so far is the capacity of what it can hold when cleaning as the container is actually quite small. I use it mainly in one commonly used area of the house for regular easy maintenance but if you are doing an entire house you will probably need to empty it more than once during vacuuming. Overall, with the discount sale I got this for I am quite satisfied when I was worried I would get a less than competent product. Read more

Wow! I am so happy I purchased this little ruby red beauty! From the moment I took the parts out of the box, the feel was quality! It took a bit to figure out how to get the battery in, but everything else was fairly easy. I think the directions are fairly clear. Once I got it out together and started using it, I was blown away! It is lightweight, easy to push and the light is a cherry on top! Whoever designed and built this thing knew what they were doing and listened to people who actually use vacuums regularly! I love the three speeds and that it is relatively quiet! The swivel action is superb! I also love that it can be used when it is fully extended or retracted, as I was able to sit down and use it in the area directly around me. THEN I was able to switch out and use it as a handvac with the hose and Mosel to get under my couch- while I was sitting on my couch!!! I vacuumed my family room (carpeted) on high, went through the kitchen and dining room (hard floor and rug) and the did one bathroom AND the bathroom fuzzy rug on low- and it vacuumed it nicely without ever try to suck it up!!! I did have to empty the cup after the family room. The cup was completely full of hair and dust and small particles. Two of us have very long hair, so I was happy to see it did this with no problem. You have to take the battery off and twist the cup to get it out. I had a little trouble getting the now empty cup and filter back together, but that was more me not paying close attention to the details- where the notches were and the arrows that are very clear! The other thing it took me awhile to figure out was where the button I needed to ‘push to the left’ is on the bottom to remove the roller to take hair off the roller! I was actually able to just pull the hair off, but I wanted to know how to do this! It would be good if that little button was a different color or had a mark on it of some kind, but once I discovered where it was the roller popped righ out! Now I just have to figure out what that lovely soft roller is for?! Furniture? Hardwood floors? In the end I had done all of this and the battery still had two bars lit up when I plugged it back in to charge! They do say to take it off the charger when it is fully charged to extend the battery life! I am not very handy with screwing things in, so I guess I’ll have to find a you tube video for how to mount the charging station! I am so happy I got this cordless vac!!! Even with a broken ankle in a cast and having to use a knee rollator, this perfect little quality vacuum allowed me to feel in control of my housework again!!!
