The media could not be loaded. Works! Just need to install correctly! First, the silicone (squishy) part points down into the bowl. Second, the tines on your whipping hook need to be aligned perfectly. Two of the tines are larger & the other two are smaller. If your hook is out of alignment, this will help put it back! It took me less than 5 seconds to install. So happy to be able to clean the tines without losing time or product. I saw someone recommend this highly. So I got a clear one and 2 red ones for each of my daughters to match their mixers. I couldn't get it on my Kitchen Aid whisk and it was very frustrating! I nearly lost it. Eventually I was able to get it on, but then it cracked! I requested a replacement, which came the next day. This time I soaked the Wiper in hot water for a few minutes, and I also made the wires on my attachment slightly longer by wrapping my hand around the widest part, and then pressing them all inward. That helped a lot. I will be passing those tips to my daughters so they don't get frustrated too. I have not tried it yet, we will see. It seems a lot of people love it but many are frustrated with it. Before this, after emptying the bowl, I would just run the mixer for a few seconds to let all the batter stuck to the wires fly into the empty bowl. Read more

I highly recommend the Whisk Wiper Pro. My whisk had not been used much because of the mess cleaning it and the amount of frosting/whipped cream was wasted from not being able to clean the whisk easily. I followed the directions based on other reviews and had no problems putting it on and taking it off my whisk. The design is brilliant! It saves so much in cleanup and the shape was perfect for cleaning the sides of the bowl. This is a must for anyone who has a KitchenAid mixer with the whisk attachment! Read more

Very hard plastic. Does not easily or doesn't fit in the whisk. If it were less hard/thick plastic, it would at least fit over the whisk but have no idea if it does the cleanup. In theory, it should but I can't bring it up to the top after several daily attemots. Read more
