Outstandingly Weird & Very True to Advertisement : )

@Kiley Rae & Rommel, SDDecember 17, 2025

I've had great luck with this brand in the past and am loving these completely insane, denim colored, embellished boots. They have a a platform that adds height without making them difficult in which to walk, and are very comfortable and padded well. They are likewise true to size for a 9. However, as a person with abnormally skinny legs and ankles, I would not consider these to be wide calf boots. You will want to check other reviewers for more feedback on this specificity, but a 7" Cuban chain men's bracelet fits comfortably around my ankles as an ankles, and these boots are only a bit wider, so it may be something out for which to watch. They look fantastic, especially if you like weird and wonderful items. Each boot has two zippers - one functional, one ornamental, and they have metal embellishments throughout. These are like an 80's plus 90's plus Y2K boot, or something, they just kinda throw a lot of interesting design elements including three buckle straps apiece on the side of each, and graduated color at the boot, and the outcome somehow works splendidly. These are likely a love it or hate it boot, and I absolutely love them. Overall, I have no complaints or criticisms about this product and think they're wild in a fun way. If these appeal to you, I would recommend them, but again, I really don't think these would be considered wide calf boots, just regular. Recommended. :) Read more

Fun, Not for Wide Calves

LuLuDecember 27, 2025

First, these are adorable, and I'm sorry I didn't have an outfit on that would do it justice. I normally wear anything from an 7.5 to 8.5, with it usually being an 8. So, being early in and not knowing from other reviews if I needed to size up or down, I got 8. The length is fine, but I have a wide toe box and that part was very tight. I have narrow ankles, and so the back was almost too loose. I will say, this is not rare for me, so I don't really blame the brand. But it was pretty crunched at the top. Roomy enough everywhere else, but not for particularly wide feet. They list these as cowboy boots, lol. Steampunk or dystopian vibe maybe, but not cowboy unless its end of the world cowboy. Again, not a complaint, just funny description. These are actually pretty comfortable to wear. They have some nice padding in the bottom and don't seem to slip. There is no ankle support, as my bad ankle is obvious in pis, but it doesn't claim that. What I do have a complain about is the claim to be for wide calves. Definitely not. Mine are only slightly larger than average, and it was very hard for me to get it zipped and I believe that part will be more uncomfortable as I try to wear it for longer periods. If my legs swell up at all, it will be over. It may be meant for people on the extremely lean side (at least in the lower half) who may have larger ankles than others who are extremely lean (no disrespect, trying to accurately assess who this is for). Again, I am not super lean, and I did get them on and zipped, but not comfortably. A side note. There is a front zipper and a side zipper. The side zipper is the working one. The other is for looks. The buckles do work. They are on the next to the last hole, so I do not think they affect calf size. This is a really cute statement boot. I think the value depends on how much you would wear something like this. There is no half sizing, so be very careful on the size you pick. No love or hate here. Fun boots. Read more

Cute Style, But Fit and Finish Fell a Little Short

NiciDecember 23, 2025

These boots are definitely cute and eye-catching, but after actually wearing them, they fell just shy of being great for me. The biggest issue is the fit through the midfoot, as they are noticeably snug around the arch area width-wise, which may be uncomfortable for anyone with an average to fuller foot, even if the length is correct. The front zipper is decorative only, with the functional zipper located on the inside, which isn’t a dealbreaker but is something to be aware of. What bothered me most is the stud detailing along the sides of the decorative zipper: while the studs are evenly spaced, several are not aligned at the same height, and up close it gives a sloppy, uneven look that’s hard to unsee once you notice it. Comfort-wise, there isn’t much cushioning in the sole, and the leather is quite stiff out of the box, so these will definitely require a break-in period. Visually, the boots also appear much lighter and whiter than shown in the listing photos, and while I understand the intended vintage finish, the contrast currently feels unbalanced; I’m hoping regular wear will soften the finish and bring out more of the brown tones over time. Overall, they’re still a cute boot and look fine from a distance, but the tight midfoot, minimal cushioning, and inconsistent stud placement keep them from being a standout pair for me. Read more

Fun, grunge-inspired boots that are stylish, comfy, and perfect for rocking your look

LinDecember 19, 2025

I acted on impulse getting these boots because they just spoke to my nomad rocker punk style, and I am so glad I did. They are even better in person than in the photos. I will agree with another review, they are not really wide calf, I also think they may run a bit small, I ordered my usual size 8 and they are narrow, if you have a wide foot you will need to size up, they are slightly tight as i do have a recovered fractured ankle so my ankle/calf is a bit larger. I also wouldn’t really call them traditional cowboy boots, they lean more grunge, rock, punk. My plan is to wear them a few times and then hand them down to my granddaughter, who loves grunge, and they are perfect for her as well. They are comfortable with a slight padding in the sole and feel solid, though they are a bit heavy. The retro Navy color is beautiful, very subtle, almost like an acid wash jean. The boots are well made, The zippers are sturdy, the soles feel secure, and all the hardware and buckles came nicely packaged to prevent scratches. These are just a fun, stylish pair of boots that make a statement. Read more
