Heat or AC hmmmm

Here's why the single star, it was 92 degrees inside of an 8x30ft trailer so I figured ok lemme try this swamp cooler, so I filled it with ice and a little water even put the frozen ice packs in on top plugged it in and wow it worked, it went from 92 degrees to 96 degrees lol, don't have a clue why but needless to say it took a ride right back to where it came from. Dont buy this. I moved into a top floor apartment and wanted something to cool my bedroom at night. I spent so much money on this glorified fan. It blew cool air the first few hours and now its a fan with a water tank. Its pretty loud, its very small compared to the advertised pictures, easy to pull around, but a waste of money.
