Not a Replacement for Real AC
This is an ok item for someone looking for a regular fan that blows a little quieter and cooler air, but be mindful that it is also difficult to keep the air cool with water and ice packs especially if the space is already warm and has no other cooling system. It will suffice until another form of AC can be placed in my space, but I wouldn't recommend for someone who is really in need of real AC. I was however, glad the item came with it's own remote, was easy to assemble, and light weight. Read more
DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY!! How this piece of junk doesn't have any one star reviews is beyond me. Unit arrived with the housing halfway apart. The unit was package properly with no damage to the exterior of each box. The thing made a horrible noise once turned on. I pushed the housing back together and then it didn't blow any air. I can't believe Amazon charges $130 for this. Poorly made junk. Now I have to go to UPS to return it and pay for an Uber there because I can't walk down the street in 95 degree weather with this piece of garbage. To sum up: poorly made, cheap, won't work, garbage. The remote did work, I'll give them that. Read more

If youโre looking for summer heat relief, this is not it.
I was fooled by all the five star reviews and purchased this air cooler. Even with the ice boxes and water it was not cool. I also tried regular ice and water. I would say it was equivalent to my box fan on high with ice water bottles behind it. My space wasnโt very big either. Iโve already returned the item and that process was fairly easy. Read more

Do not buy. So cheaply made, poor quality. Makes multiple weird noises. It also just doesnโt work well at all to cool. You might as well buy a good quality fan or a proper AC unit of some sort. Also given very few return options so that in and of itself was not a good experience. Read more
